I can't believe that, rylaff. Did you go to the one in Ft. Walton or Crestview? I hope Crestview has them, I get there more often. I have a hard time keeping fushia alive, but I love them and for 1.99 I'd try again.
I got it at the one in Fort Walton. They were just unloading them and they had two different varieties. It was a tough choice. Almost got both.
If I get the chance, for that price I will get both.

That is a bargain!!! I just wish I could grow them here in S. Texas. I've had a few in the pasr but the extreme heat and humidity just kills them.:(

Did you ever find a Pink Princess 'Philo'? I checked with the GH where I bought mine to ask if they would ship out of state and they can't. I felt so bad cuz I know you really wanted one! I'm trying to get some cuttings started now and if they are successful, I'd be willing to send you one!

Thanks for thinking of me. Yes, I finally got one. A large one too. There is a guy in the Miami area who collects variegated and rarer plants. His cultivates them and does sell them (probably to feed his plant collecting habit). Anyhow, I bought one from him and was very pleased. In fact, he is a member here.
