Ric thanks to your enouragement I went and picked up another obelisk to hang my hoyas on and also this cart for only $17. I'm going to use the cart for plants of course, and as a stand for my mini greenhouse (electric with heated tray). The fun part was trying to get it into my 2 door 91 Honda Prelude:-).
Blessings,

Problem? You could load it in the drivers seat across the back, and you run along side steering. I don't see the problem :~))
LOL
Reminds me of trying to cram the industrial garden cart from Lowe's into the Nissan Sentra. Had to go back with the big truck.
Heading home with a 20ft. long pole hanging out my car window from back seat out passangers window. I arive back at home safe...measure and cut woden pole so i can hang plants....cut pole toooooo... short..back to lumber yard. :))
Awanda,
You are welcome.....now I'm thinking, a nice cart like for 17 bucks can be put to really good use. Maybe I can fit two into my SUV. :)
Ric
Ric...I use a cart like Awanda's in my GH - all the "gear" on the bottom shelf and I wheel it up the aisle and work on plants or flats of them on the surface. Really saves on the old feet/legs walking back and forth!! :~)
David...you are funny! That is the usual way I do things...tend to buy 2 of everything cause I know I will error on the first!!! Is it "Measure twice and cut once"? Or is it the other way around?
Carol
You guys must be smokin' those Hoyas again! Too funny.
I can tell you with great pride that last spring I loaded 10 bags of mulch and 10 bags of manure in my Toyota celica! It was a proud moment! There have been many a time that my car has become a moving jungle complete with plants sticking out the sunroof!
I must admit tho. Awanda is the Big Lots QUEEN!
How much is the obelisk? I think I will have to stop by Big Lots after work today and buy one for my hoyas. Oh, BTW I just joined the forum!!! ~~Linda
Just LOOK at that garage floor!!!! Not a speck on it...looks like you could eat off of it. Awanda, you and I are definitely NOT related...LOL.
Nice looking Brug!!!
Carol
I really like the obelisk Awanda. I've been trying to get some pruned whips from local Fruitless Mulberry trees to build some like that. Amazing what you can do with someone else's tree prunings and some copper wire!
Karen :~D
(although I highly recommend you let the obelisk dry completely before sticking it in the ground or you will have sprouting obelisks! LOL)
I stopped at Big Lots today and bought my own obelisk today. They had three left!!! This will be great to hang my hoyas on in the summer outside! Thanks for the tip! ~~ Linda
