What species were crossed to make that hybrid? It is really attractive. Do you grow it? If not, whom?

Im not sure, but Emerald Queen is the name of a common philodendron. This variegated one is more rare. All of the photos I have submitted are of plants that I have in my collection. I dont always have propagations available though.

How do you grow it? Is it easy to grow and propagate? How big does it get?

the only difference in growing variegated forms of philodendrons from their non-variegaetd counterparts is that often you must grow them in indirect light or the most variegated portions of the leaves will burn out as they have no chlorophyll in them to protect them. Variegates have a tendancy to grow slower than the green plants as the chlorophyll that IS in the leaves must support the mutant white tissue as it cannot produce food for the plant because it is non functional.Emerald Gem gets a medium size leaf. All philodendrons can be propagated the same way, by rooting cuttings , or air-layering.
