Would like recipes and uses for fresh Stevia

I'll be growing some Stevia this year as part of a new business I've started. I would like to offer fresh Stevia leaves for sale and include recipes for their use. I know you can dry Stevia, but I am in a resort area and the clientele will want to use it while they are vacationing. I know it will work in iced tea, but I'm not sure the best way to use it. How many leaves, etc. Does anyone have any experience or other ideas with this natural sweeting herb? I am also looking for interesting Stevia facts that I might print out for people.
