I cannot believe it...One of the brugs that rootdoctor gave me on Oct 1 has had two pods ripen and I have raison colored seeds from them. They have overwintered in a south unheated sunporch and the one with the seeds pods also has a three inch flower bud on it...I think this is Rosmond....It isn't Dr D or Shirley (loguee)....I am not gonig to even attemp to grow them, so if you wnat them, just let me know...Janetlee50

My word, janetlee50, how wonderful, what a super plant Root sent you. I know you must be thrilled!! I have a house/GH full of brugs (or i would be begging you for seeds) and quite a few are Rosamond, she is just wonderful. Continued good luck to you!!!!

I'm thinking that Bob must have had one of them tagged that he got it from me and it was from Logee's. I sure don't know of one that would be tagged that way otherwise. I'm glad you have seeds. They are so much fun. Here's hoping you get lots of pretty babies from them. Maybe Bob can tell you for sure what it is.

Oh, I would LOVE a few if you still have some. And if possible, I'd like to request a few seeds also for my friend JRush who is suffering pretty badly with her Lyme disease this winter. I know she's not up to spending much time at DG these days, and know these were brighten up her winter.

I remember a funny story and a picture Root had posted of him driving down the freeway with a Rosamond he had just gotten from Tracey in the freezing weather. As I recall it was so funny. I wish I could find that thread, I just looked. I think it was on the Roundup forum.
Anyway, the brug must be a Rosamond and it came from dear Tracey

Oh, she's really such a great gal - I hate all that she's going through and I KNOW tending her pets and plants is what keeps her going. (We live about an hour apart and thanks to DG, we've become good buddies!)
