We are members of a national pet transport list. We recieved a crossposted message tonight regarding TLC Rescue in Frazeyburg, OH, which is operated by a Tina Wise. Ms. Wise is pulling dogs from area pounds under the pretense of being a 'rescuer' and breeding these animals. The author of the original message has taken two Dobies, sick and almost starved, and a male Min Pin. She will be returning on Friday to rescue a St. Bernard. There is also a litter of St. pups, 6wks. old, that is in very bad shape. I am told that Frazeyburg is in the central part of the state. I'm attaching a pic of the Dobie she pulled a few days ago...I have no idea if he will make it. Because this was crossposted, I want to make all DG'ers aware...especially in Ohio...that this is happening in their state. Please cross all extremities that all the animals in her custody get help and this woman is brought to justice. Les and Frankay
