My birthday is next month on the 6th. My sis emailed me and surpised me.. She got me a huge Bird of Paradise plants! She have huge one and she divided them in 3 large pots. She know I have been looking for one for long time and she surprised me with that huge plant!

Yes, the reason why she divided cause her didn't bloom again.. Her friend that have huge one.. She told her to divide it and it will send blooms! She got it from her friend few years ago.

Wow what a nice plant. I have 2 bought a yr.ago i still small. doesnt seem to grow very fast. When we get more daylight im going to give a shot of fer.see if that helps. I did start miracle grow just half strength, havent seen any results.
All she did is bring it in garage during winter time.. and she just brought it out in the back patio. She lives in New Iberia, LA.... It's spring time here already.
