My oldest son turns 10 today!!

Here I am dreaming of brugs, but in my real life, my Nicholas turns 10 today. I'm sharing that here, because this is the forum where I feel "at home," thanks to my wonderful new brug friends. I am feeling misty, and very sentimental today. (Old too!!)
I am off shortly to bring cupcakes to school for him, although this morning he told me that he's almost too old for that kind of attention from mom.

I just had to post this picture, although it is over a year old, it remains my favorite. (Nick is on the right, and Max is on the left.)

Gosh, what cute boys. I would be proud as punch. Happy Birthday to the birthday boy. I'll bet he WILL be happy seeing you walk through the door with the treats. Don't feel old...just proud.

You say you are feeling old, I have a picture on the same order of my boys. Now this is OLD. One of my boys has a daughter of his own, and I take cupcakes to school to help celebrate her birthday.

I agree with Kell. Your boys are beautiful. Enjoy them while they are young, because the years fly by. Take it from one who knows. It seems like yesterday my kids were babies, and now the oldest is 43. I haven't figured that one out yet though, because I'm not even that old. LOL LOL LOL

Maybe I should say, it's how old you feel in your heart! From the looks of things, Kelley, you're a heck of alot younger than me!

Jackie...catching this late...but my best wishes for your sons 10th birthday! They are both cuties. Seems like just yesterday when I had my children at their ages...now my oldest grandchild will turn 10 on his next birthday! The years really do fly! Enjoy each day, they are precious!
