I am looking for some Alba Lavender plant or cuttings for a March or April trade, or for postage.

Hey, don't have any myself.. Don't know if you have Home Depot or Wal mart up there but they both have the plants. Wal marts were $6.88 or so - I had to smack myself on the hand to keep from picking them up!
