I thought for just one night that this was the most beautiful brug on earth!

I remember wheen
LOL And it wasn't Pink..
This is my favorite!......who is she?.......I think I'd trade my husband for this one, I mean, he's got a nice personality and everything, but he doesn't bloom like that!
Where can I find her? Jackie
LOL Jackie, you're really getting the fever now. Does he garden? LOL
It is a beauty. I like the yellows and orange almost as much as the pinks. Tropical Sunset was a favorite in my garden last year.
f Jackie's husband does garden, you might have some competition for him Ada. LOL I know mine is getting very loud in his protestations to helping me in my garden. Time to get a new one.
My husband, Marco doesn't really mind the gardening, but I can't say it's his hobby. Once the snow melts and we are surrounded by tons of kids, he sort of becomes "Mole man," hanging out indoors like he's afraid of the sun (Teehee!) I understand why, because he teaches middle school for a living, and he gets his fill of youngsters that way.
Marco gets called in for only the big stuff..moving conatiners over 40 pounds, building a climbing set in the back ( which the neighborhood kids now call "the Park!) and stuff like that. He installed a fountain in my back yard last year...likes to figure and calculate (he teaches Math.) Like the Night Shift movie, "he's an idea man, Chuck." I don't mind the bull work, it's better than working out in a gym.
He is a lawn filet specialist (he removed the sod from my front yard last spring when I decided to surrender the last patch of grass to my children's cutting garden.)
Boy, my offer to trade him sounded bad, didn't it??
Can you suggest where I can purchase this Brug then, since I'll need Marco around for the chores? LOL
Thanks ~ Jackie
What are you waiting for kell...Jackie sounds like she is willing to set up a trade!!! I'd take it if I were you!!!
Beautiful brug...which one is it???
If you have less than 10 pets or children around, and can cook a mean plate of pasta, he might just go for a trade! *wink*
What a lovely flower. It is beautiful.
JesseK
wish mine was still protesting. He quit last year. Said if I can't take care of them by myself to get rid of half of them and then he would help me when I had a managable number. The way I see it is if I get rid of half of them I wouldn't need his help lol. My GH as of yesterday is bursting at the seems. It is 10 or 12 x 16' Shoulder and low back problems have me 2 years behind getting things in the ground
You have your own flowershop Donna. Start selling some, that will "ease" your shoulder/back pain. Cute doggie.
Donna,
Oh my goodness!....I have show my husband your setup because he will think he's living in a parallel universe....we have the same deal going on here with the wintering over, and he says I'm nuts. What is stranger yet, is your dog looks very similar to my dog, Lola. When my dh comes home, I will have to get him to show me how to post photos. What kind of dog do you have?
PS I can relate to the "stacking of plants" LOL
That is Poo my Rat Terrier and my constant shadow when outside. We went camping in Arkansas 2 summers ago and when I went to the bath house at night to shower DH had to keep her inside the camper because she would trail my scent and be waiting for me when I came out lol. I tried going different paths and she would follow exactly everytime. DH got a kick out of watching her. I also have a Fiest that is my shadow inside. She has Dobie coloring/markings
Oh Kell how beautiful, You still haven't said what she is, I would love to get one.
What a lovely color!
Just gorgeous, Kell! Love those rich warm colors!!
Love it ... great photo Kell!!
Wow, when I first looked at the above picture I thought it was a two headed dog. Man, I need new glasses LOL. It is Tropical Sunset isn't it? I'm trying to learn the varieties and so far it's one of my favorites.
Richard T
Yes, Tropical Sunset!!! A beauty even if not pink! LOL
Donna, OH MY GOODNESS!!! And I agree with you, you won't need his help if you get rid of 1/2 of your plants. What is he thinking? LOL!!! I love it when things start to grow up!
Oh Jackie, your 2 babies are so sweet. And looks like they are best friends!
Oh Jackie they are so cute all snuggled up
I can't resist posting this one....I think it is so funny.
My Lola has her flip side, but only when it comes to guarding big beefy bones.
(She only gets them now on special occasions...LOL)
I have too many kitties who still need their heads to take a chance........... :)
Ordinarily, she's sweet as can be!
LOL. Now that is what nightmares are made of!!
Wow, she doesn't look like she wants to share. LOL
I love my girl, she's like the daughter I never had. I usually call her Lola Chula Mama. My other dog is my Rico Dico (no need to mention that he's the submissive one in the relationship. ) In my neighborhood, it's especially nice to know I have her to "look tough" when necessary, but be a real cream-puff on the inside.
Jackie
LOL my little Poo does that to with her chippies(rawhide chip). DH always teases her and tries to take it from her. Have to get of pic of her doing it too.
Oh my. Too bad you did not enter our dress up your pet Christmas contest. 2 cuties!!! I just love their names.
Thanks Kell ~
It must have been subconscious, because when I heard Barry Manilow's Copacabana on the radio, I had to laugh.
Donna ~ We do the same thing here, maybe that's why Lola gets snarly! :)
OH ,Rico looks like the Sweetie.
Rico is totally submissive, I adopted him from a no-kill shelter 4 hours away in Kittaning, Pa. They told me his old family traded him in when he was 4 months old because they got a new puppy. How sad.
He has many issues, garbage picking being one of them LOL.
Rico has extra toes on his rear feet that flop all over, constant ear infections that I have to clean and medicate on a regular basis, and an umbilical hernia. Husband always says, "we should get rid of Rico," but I told him that I wouldn't get rid of him (DH) if HE had an umbilical hernia, so what's the big deal?!
Anyway, the neighborhood kids LOVE both dogs, so Rico is enjoying celebrity status that he never knew before.
LOL! That first one looks scared to death. Cute dogs.
Bless you for saving Rico. It's so sad that some people do like they do about their pets.
