Pictures to come tomorrow. Whew, what an ordeal. Just getting the electric adapter for the tail lights......But she's here! Pictures to come tomorrow! It was just so worriesome, despite having my camera, I totally forgot to take pictures. I didn't take my eyes off her in my rearview (hubby drove). Lacy, she gave the lead mare, Bijioux the current lead mare got the "thawack" heard round the world! We turned Lacy out with the 3 mares in her pasture. She went nose to nose and hoof to hoof with each of them before running off with them at full gallop across the pasture. If she's not lead mare, I doubt they'll mess with her anyway after today. She definitely gave the lead mare a wallop when Bijioux came to mess with her. The sound of it really astounded both my husband and I. One front hoof pawing at her and she spun round and let her have it. I was amazed. No need to worry about her, I don't think, but I can't help still hoping that she's not struggling with her place in the herd due to her eye.
