I ordered on line two silpats for cookie sheets. They fit perfectly the lipped pans and they are a dream I make coconut macroons a lot and bake for customers so these are just a joy

I have made thousands of cookies inmy life time and these are the neatest thing I have ever seen Nothing can stick to them You do no greasing or flour or anything. They are a mat of woven glass sealed in some sort of plastic that can take heat to 800 degrees. You just wipe them with a clean sponge and dry them with a paper towel when you are finished Store them flat never roll them up.

My husband is happier to see them than I am as we bake together. Beverly
