I am not a great baker but I just started to make biscotti and I'm enjoying it. I found a great recipe for chocolate biscotti. It's a really thin batter, more like cake batter and it spreads so much it ended up wider than my knife. It has 2 1/2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 3/4 cups cocoa and 5 eggs. Any suggestions? Should I just make smaller "loaves"?
