Could someone please tell me how to get a program off my computer? It is listed in the ADD/REMOVE programs..I need to uninstall it..When using "find", there are no files or folders anywhere on my computer for this program..I highlight it in ADD/REMOVE, to uninstall, and it comes up and tells me "unspecifed path cannot be found", so it will not take it out of the ADD/REMOVE..I need to upgrade my EZ virus protection, but it will not upgrade because this program is supposedly on my computer..Is this confusing enough for someone? lol..Thanks for any help..
