CLOSED: Begonia ...See Pic

(Zone 7a)

I have this Begonia to trade or SASE if I don't find anything. It has a specific name which I can't remember. The leaves are poka dotted with silver and has red accents. This was a 2 inch cutting. It is now 6 inches tall. One of the leaves has a rip in it from my notorious cats! LOL Thanks for looking

I assume this variety gets tall. The cutting I took it from was a foot tall..

The leaves look like an Angel Wing, but I've never seen one that tall before. What were the flowers like? What color is the underside of the leaf?

I don't think that's the name. It had a name, and it's on the tip of my mouth...hmmm I can't remember

Cane Begonia, Angel Wing 'My Special Angel' (Begonia coccinea)

Guilford, CT(Zone 7a)

Angel wing, bat wing, eyelash - these terms refer to the leaf shapes to help classify the varieties. There are over 2000 varieties of Begonias! The spots look more linear & the leaf shape is different on 'My Special Angel' so I am pretty sure it isn't this one... It does not grow very tall. The blossom will be a great help in identifying which one this is... good luck!
