I think I found it in the plantfiles. Paphiopedilum holdenii. Check it out.
Wow thats a lovely photo. It looks very similar to one I bought recently with variegated leaves. Mine hasn't flowered yet but I hope that is what I have to look forward to. I believe the cultivar was called 'Cherry Cola'.

The other Holdenii looked close, but... perhaps different light....

If you want some really good advice, post on the orchid forum. There are folks over there who have been growing orchids for over 20 years.
