A Real Problem...

I think I have mentioned this before...a couple of houses down, the neighbors have a Min Pin. a Red one (if color matters) and this dog, often runs loose....the dog has taken an interest in Horsie, and not a friendly interest...tonight we heard the dog barking, in our front yard, and when we opened the door, there was Horsie, wet and smelly...(I think from dog spit) the dog barked at us, when he saw us, and he is in OUR yard! I called Animal Control to complain (and of course, they are closed) I sent a email complaint, and I will call them tomorrow...I really fear for the safety of the Horsin....he goes outside, but he is usually in the yard...the back is fenced, but the front isn't...we try to encourage him to stay in the back, but, he is a cat, and won't listen....
In the meantime, his fur is tacky, and he smells bad...I am not brave enough, to give him a bath...I did that once, years ago, and it was not a good experience, for either of us.
