It doesn't look like anyone has started this weeks posting so I'll do it :-)
I hope everyone has had a good week. I know a few have.. Way to go Howie & GW!
I lost 2 lbs this week for a total of 7 since Jan 15. I have just been watching what I eat...
hardly no white stuff, lots of veggies, Chicken, fish & at least 1 glass of skim mlk a day..
I take calsium suppliments also. I haven't been counting calories
but as many diets I have been on I have a general knowledge of what they are. If I
stop losing then I'll start counting.
I have a yearning for an oven fried potato with onions so when I shop I'll buy 1 nice potatoe & have it.
That way they won't tempt me. probably won't be able to shop again for about 2 weeks.
I have to depend on someone to take me.
I hope everyone has a nice LB loss to report. If not remember today starts a new week & a new chance at eating right.
