The tiny flowers are about 8-10mm or one third to one half inch across.

Nice closeup of a beautiful small bloom. Good job and thanks for sharing this plant.

Thanks, Hazel. My pictures are posting very slowly. The plant is covered with flowers now! Not that showy, though, ha.

I have one seed pod on my CO. I hope it will continue to mature and produce viable seeds. Anyone else ever get any seeds?

A friend gave me a 2" baby and its now about 4" in diameter, in a 6" clay campana pot. I put an opened out coathanger loop in the pot for it to twine on, but my friend just let his cascade.

I've had it for about a year and it has never gone fully dormant. (I didn't try to make it rest.) The new shoot emerged before the old growth had withered, but I cut it off when the new one was a couple inches long.

Hi Raydio,
No, I did not get any seed pods on mine. It bloomed in the greenhouse during winter so there were few, if any, pollinators I suppose.
I had a small bulb that fell into a neglected bed last fall, and I did not notice it. This spring it took off growing! I was very surprised that it endured our cold, wet, snowy winter. I plan to leave it again this year and see what happens.
Good luck with yours...I would be interested in knowing if any of the seeds germinate from yours. Just curious.

I gave my Bowiea a month and a half rest, then started watering and it's growing great guns again, indoors now..

I didn't pay attention to the seed pods that had formed, and I don't remember how many seeds were in there. I just sprinkled them around the mother, and haven't seen any signs of germination.

I will do better next summer, I promise. I never had any pods form indoors, so it seems as though they need the bees to help.
