PSP & Eye Candy filter

montgomery, AL(Zone 7b)

I don't see much here about PSP but gonna ask as I know some of U use it.
I was given PSP7 & it also had a copy of Eye Candy 4000 which was
already installed. It appears to be the trial version. It works but I don't see
a way to apply it. Other words no OK or apply. I sure would like to try it
before I put down $129 for it. If I down load the 30 day trial how do I
install it? I don't think it install like most programs.

Another question. How do I edit the path in PSP. I don't unstand. I copied this &
pasted it here.
"# First make sure you have a subdirectory in your PSP directory called "Plugins".
If you do not then create one.
# Copy your plugin into that directory.
# Start Paint Shop Pro and either open a graphic or start a new one.
# Choose File|Preferences|General Program Preferences
# A window will open titled Paint Shop Pro References -- choose the tab labeled "Plug-in Filters"
# Using the browse button by Folder 1, find the path to your plugin folder.
# When you have found it click "OK" ----Now your PSP software program should
be able to see your plugins.

I have done more than I ever thought I could but want to learn more LOL
Has anyone else used it?
