Have Cleome seed for SASE

Chantilly, VA(Zone 6b)

Last year was a phenomenal growing season for my Cleome. Most reached 7'+ by end of season (with regular deadheading). I have a thousand or more seeds - not about to count them. Some are dark and some very light - I hope those (light seeds) are not "duds". I'll be glad to send a good pinch in a SASE. (I est. 200)

NOTE:
Cleome is very tricky to germinate, at least around here. I have finally been sucessful by setting a pepared flat with a dome cover out side starting in March.
According to Tom Clothier's database, Cleome need fluctuating temperatures to germinate. I also observe that the fairly small seeds should be surface sowed, pressed into dampened starting medium, but not covered.

(I don't have a lot more room to start seeds, but would do anything to get a few unique Heucheras.)

Green,
I would like some for sase- and THANKS!!

Gosh Greenknee, I didn't have any trouble germinating the white cleome. I didn't know any better, so I did cover them, but I did have them on a heat mat and it looked like all of them came up. I got a bunch up anyway. I've just planted the purple and pink so don't know how they'll do.

Greenknee,
I couldn't find your addy in the address exchange. Could you please email it to me? I'm in the addy exchange.

We're having an ice storm here so I will have to wait til Mon to send your sase.

BTW.....Do you want a reg envelope or a bubble envelope to send my seeds back to me in?

THANKS!!!
