I just saw this chef on CNN and I'm sure some of you have heard of him before (I tend to be behind the times), he does everything in olive oil and talks about the benefits of olive oil and using in EVERYTHING. In any event, I thought he was interesting and went to his website and there are lots of neat recipes and things that he does. He's so energetic....here's the site:
