Jo's Cheesy-Pineapple-Lemon Delight

I have made this twice this month for pot luck dinners...every one loved it and wanted the recipe.....Jo


Jo' Cheesey-Pineapple-Lemon Delight

Mix together:
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine (softened)
1-1/2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs

press into bottom of rectangular baking dish

Mix and let cool:
1 box Jello Gelitan (I use Lemon)
1 cup hot water

Cream together:
1 cup sugar
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese (Softened)

Add:
Jello mixture
1 small can crushed Pineapple (well drained)

mix well

fold in
I large container Cool-Whip

Pour into baking dish and chill until set...
