I was wondering who eats all natural and organic foods and why?
Do you think it makes you feel better- healthier?
What do you eat? Vegatarian... organic meats & dairy?
I started to really read lables and shop at whole foods around September after reading some info on what really is in our food. If chemicals gave me a migrain through smell imagine what it was doing going right into my body. I have switched to nothing artificial at all , at times it is really hard ,and forget about eating out unless it is some sort of fish and veggies.
I am slowly trying to change my makeup and things like soap, lotion and such but it can be pricey. I think that's whu manufactures use junk because of the profit they can make.
I am doing my own veggies this year for the first time so I know what I am eating! LOL
I would like to hear some feedback....
