Daylily help please

Can't remember who is the Daylily nut in our group. I seem to think it was one of our Manitobans, wasn't it? I am looking for a Canadian supplier for the Daylily "Beautiful to Behold." Found a nursery in the Excited States, but was just informed that besides the $14.00 cost of the plant they would also require a $50.00 phytosanitary certificate to be able to ship to a Foreign country. I don't bloody think so, man! >:- <

So I am back at square one. Can't seem to find anything on the Web. Anybody have any good leads I could follow?

I don't blame you, Donna! Good grief. Vivaces Nordiques in St-Léon, QC has "Beauty to Behold", but from the description it doesn't look like the one that's in your picture.

Yes, I found several "Beauty to Behold", but they are a yellow blossom.

Thanks Shannon. I checked every single Canadian Link to no avail. I think this Canadian search might come to a dead end. :-(

Maybe the alleged daylily nut will come forward. :-) I'm planting them for the first time this year, so I'm all ears too. All I have to do is choose a couple of cultivars....that won't be very hard, will it?..... :-o

Hi there...just checked all my daylily sources...and to no avail. Seems only American suppliers are offering this daylily, as I've found nothing in Canada.
If I come across it I will let you know. There are similar daylilies out there as I'm sure you know...and if you're anything like me you won't want a substitution.

Thanks for looking for me CoolBreeze. Yes, I have exhausted my search and even with an American supplier helping me, we have come to the same conclusion as you. There just isn't a Canadian Supplier for "Beautiful to Behold Daylily...yet. But I'll definitely keed my eyes open for it. Thanks again, evey pair of eyes help.
