Will my seed pods mature?

Fountain, FL(Zone 8a)

Been without my computer since early Dec...finally got it back and hopefully all better. So to my question....one brug that was blooming like crazy in Nov-Dec has 2 seed pods. Bill closed in my potting shed and I put it there. I've got a ceramic heater going, but only set to not go below 42 degrees. Pods are growing, but is it going to be warm enough for them to mature? The cuttings I took (as of 4 days ago when I looked at them and watered) all have new growth. Yea!! Hopefully the ones left out in the cold will over winter.

My garage is much cooler that that and only has a 60 watt light bulb in it with small garage size windows on the north and there is a big overhang. I guess what I'm saying is....mine ripened okay under some pretty poor circumstances, so you should have some great seeds in those pods when they mature.

Thanks Brugie! The bazillion bees did a good job for me...it did have 5 pods, but 3 fell off. I'm a happy camper considering this is my first year with brugs. :-))

Ginger, I assure you I'm impressed too!! Great going, and continued good luck!! I'm in your zone and I had plenty of blossoms, many that were pollinated, but apparently too near the first killing frost and I didn't bring any of them in until that time. Oh, well, there is a new growing season coming up...

Thanks Sherry...For lack of it's real name I call this brug Pooh. It is the only whole plant that I moved into the "greenhouse". I took some cuttings from it which at last check had new growth. Come spring I plan to plant one on the grave of my 3 legged fawn colored Greyhound,Pooh, hence the name I gave it. If the pods give me seeds it'll fun to see what they look like...Pooh is yellow and there was a pink growing nearby.
