Look what I found in my yard today.

I wasn't sure whether to post these or not but after a bit of debate I decided to. I want them to be viewed in a positive frame of mind though. A......spring is just around the corner for us all kind of thing, if you know what I mean. So....no throwing things my way.

Sandy, I can almost smell the moist, fresh earth around those plants. Keep posting...we won't complain much ;-) and it really is nice to see something blooming. Kind of gives the rest of us hope. Your success is ours!!

Phew!! Thanks, there's really not much out there yet but some of the vines and bushes are starting to get buds. I hope they're not going to be in for a rude awakening in a few weeks time.

Castlegar, BC(Zone 6b)

Very pretty, Sandy. Don't worry, all of us are happy to see all the new little blossoms popping up there. We want to see lots of flowers bloomin' by the time we get there in ...68 days!!!

Hey, in Victoria they'll probably already be doing their annual flower count by then.

LOLOLOL......at this point anything growing and flowering is grand! We are now in such a slump now that it's a real treat to see your beauty! ;)

Woo Hoo!

What a wonderful treat for January! Lovely flowers.

Dawn......where are you? Her snowdrops are up also!

Precipice Valley, BC(Zone 2a)

Sandy, you're making me homesick for the coast! Yes, I too could just about smell those leaves and soil around your lovely Eranthis.

I'm glad you're enjoying them. I'm keeping an eye out for more things. :-)
