MY sis gave this to me on december 5 this year and I put it in my kitchen and now it is blooming.

I found it .I think it is called yellow basket.
The bright yellow hibiscus and the red ones are my favorites.

Can these tropical varieties be grown up here in the north? Oh, say zone 5! They sure beat the hardies!

You have to overwinter them indoors; they are tropical plants; not hardy.
Thanks, I was thinking that. I do container gardening for the most part, sounds like it would be easy for me. I'll be looking into the co-op now. Thanks!
