I GOT THIS FOR MY BDAY 12/5/2004 ID PLEASE

MY sis gave this to me on december 5 this year and I put it in my kitchen and now it is blooming.
Does anybody know it's name?

You have to overwinter them indoors; they are tropical plants; not hardy.
