Seeds for you (Rudbeckia, Castor Beans, Kudzu, etc.) w/pics!

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Gotcha! of course no Kudzu - heehee...

OK, I FINALLY got it together and have my seeds ready to give. The labeling will be lacking compared to some folks on here but if you want planting directions you can e-mail me after you get them! I will also include a bit on each seed here.

I ONLY want to give these SASE - I already have way to many too get planted as it is.. If you will put who you are and how many of each you want on this thread that will work great.. If you have SASBE (bubble envelope) it would be wonderful for you to go and ahead and send it to me with your postage. I don't have a lot of those.. I only send seeds via bubble wrap so I will need a 50 cent stamp to mail your seeds back to you.

Hope I haven't left anything out! This is my first time going 'big' so be nice to me! LOL!!

Nicole

DON'T forget to tell me what you want when you mail me and send a 50 cent stamp when I e-mail you. My address is in the address exchange.

First offering: Pink Castor Beans - all parts of plant are toxic, annual, direct seed, can get up to 14 ft. tail. Here they are! Big tall wind blown things..

40 offerings of this one - 15 or so each offer

Next one:

Rudbeckia "Indian Summer" my personal favorite plant.
Perennial hardy to Zone 8 but I grow it as an annual, starting it indoors.

10 trades of this

If you are one of those I have already promised of this one, I have yours set aside so you're still getting yours!!

Hollyhock 'The Watchman'

Don't have a pic of this one. It is almost black and a heirloom flower. Can be winter sown, started indoors, etc. It's a biennial.

4 trades

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Lastly, I don't have this one here yet but I ordered a BIG pack from Johnny's. Some folks are already on the list for these but I want to offer a few to everyone else too!

Rudbeckia 'Prarie Sun'

I should have enough for 10 trades I think.

Go to the Plant Files, there are some awesome pictures! I believe it can be grown similar to Indian Summer.

Lastly - I won't be on too much to check on things but I will pop in and out.

PLEASE just post your name and tell me what you want. I will count up all the folks and e-mail you so you will know you are getting some and can mail me your SASE. My address is in the address exchange.

DON'T forget to tell me what you want when you mail me your envelope!!!!!!!

Thanks!

Thanks Nicole!
My sister saw my green one last year & she wants me to plant castors along her back fence! So that will be great. I'm going to use a variety of them along my back fence too. They're much better looking than a chain link fence!

Braselton, GA(Zone 7b)

Hello,
Got my seeds. Thank you so much, and I didn't even laugh at your packaging OR your handwriting!!! You are too funny. I was just glad to get the seeds. I also have days I can't even hold a pen, so my handwriting, although it used to be very nice, is TERRIBLE on days I am having trouble with my MS. Thanks again and I can't wait to grow these so I can offer some of my seeds, from the plants of your seeds!
JanetS

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Hee hee! I love being able to say - this plant/seed is from so and so too! :) Glad you got them!
