Does anyone in zone 7b grow grape vines?

I'm in 8b now, but our family farm north of Ardmore had wild grape vines for many years that really flourished. There are specialty wine vineyards in New York State, so you should be able to grow them. Miller's Nursery might be a good source.

OOPS! Editing to say Miller Nurseries (www.millernurseries.com). Miller's is another outfit featuring conifers.

Yes, grew-up almost due west of you, aunts and GM all had Grape vines.

Contact your county extension office. Your agent should be able to tell you what you can grow. I've been looking at varieties I can grow here in Zone 8b and I remember seeing many varieties that included Zone 7.
