I just stuck some stalks in a pot of dirt and have them in a basement window. They seem to be doing good so far.
Cutting from last years brug
Lookin' great!
They look like very healthy troopers! Mine are looking just barely alive, this time of year, as soon as they get leaves, the bugs attact.I spray them and the leaves fall off. I 'm just trying to keep them alive until spring.

They seem to be very happy! Which varieties are you rooting?
Looking good Dot. I bet you will really enjoy them this summer when they are full of blooms.
I don't remember the name, it is the one Callie gave to me when she and Roadrunner and Carol came by two years ago.
I love the color, the size, the tendrils and the lush big green leaves on her sgtdot, very pretty. Yellow is one of my favorite colors...
I'm curious....are you just saving cuttings and leaving the Mom plant outside? Does it survive in your zone?
Yvonne
This is the first time I planted it in the ground so I do not know if it will survive the winter or not. When I cut it back I just potted some stalks and this is the results. Hope the out side does come back.
