Hello puppy, Goodbye garden? (sniff)

(Carole) Cleveland, TX(Zone 9a)

Uh oh... We have been wanting a pit bull puppy for months now, and finally got one! yea!!!!
She's sooooo good too... only 8 wks. old and hasn't had one single accident in the house since we got her 2 wks. ago!

She's sooo fun and loves to be outside. Now, when we were planning to get a puppy, I did some research on poisonous plants for pets and I thought I had it all under control. Our baby has taken to my garden--oh my! She LOVES it and loves running thru it, tearing some of it up, chewing on some things, etc. Now then... I need help!!

Please LMK if I have to move ALL these plants out of my garden to make it safe for my puppy:

. bearded iris
. amaryllis
. lily of the valley
. tomatoes (we were planning to grow some this year)
. daylilies
. elephant ears
. foxglove
. onion
. asiatic lily (all lilies, i guess)
. yucca
. english ivy
. umbrella plant
. clematis
. caladium

I have a question about growing wormwood (Artemisia), as she just ROLLS in that plant!!! Seems to just LOVE it! I noticed her biting at it today so I steered her away (no easy task, mind you!). And I wonder about growing Cassia back there. I also have cannas, ajuga, all kinds of sage/salvias, and a few hibiscus here and there. But the biggest problem I see is moving out about 100 bearded iris (sniff). But if need be, know that I will do whatever is necessary to protect our new baby. (Heads up--I will NOT be entering the Castor Bean growing contest for 2005--hehe not if my baby can get hurt!). Anyway--any advice here is greatly appreciated. I'd hate to lose my garden, but I'd be devastated over losing my puppy!

By the way, I found some of the info I got here: http://www.uexplore.com/health/poisonplants.htm
and some here: http://www.thepoop.com/poisonous.asp

And... here's our new baby (don't laugh).... "Cupcake" hehe
