I put 2 pieces of Creeping Golden Chain amongst the pebbles at the edge of my pond 4 years ago. The plant looks exactly as it did on the day I planted it. It looks healthy but hasn't grown one inch since. Any ideas what might be going on. Today I planted some Creeping Jenny (thanks to a tip from this forum) to see if this will do any better.

Creeping Golden Chain
well, I have a problem with creeping Jenny. It is growing great but doesn't bloom much at all. I have had it 3 years. I was told it could take part shade, but I am beginning to wonder if it's getting too much shade.
I'm not to concerned whether it blooms or not. I just want it mainly for the cover.
