I really want to try 'Mortgage Lifter' this year, after reading a "favorite tomato" survey in which another Maryland gardener said it was the best & most productive he'd ever grown.
I'm new to DG as a subscriber, and I just put my trade list, so please check it out. It's supposed to be at http:/davesgarden.com/trading/tl/critterologist From 2004, I have Pennsylvania Pink, Polish Linguisa, Kellogg's Breakfast, Amish Paste, and a couple of unknowns that I described, also Principe Borghese from 2003.
If anyone has seeds for 'ML' please let me know what you'd like in return!
I'd also be interested in 'Brandywine' or other pinks, as the pink varieties seem to be consistant favorites.
Plus, I'm searching for tomatillo seeds!
Thanks, Jill
PS Here's a photo of 'Pennsylvania Pink', our favorite tomato of last summer.
The knife is for scale; it has a 4 1/2 inch blade.

CLOSED: tomato seeds to trade; looking for 'Mortgage Lifter'
I wanted to add that I've initially listed things on my list as being available only for trade, but after I do a few swaps I'll change that to "trade or SASE" as I'm sure I have lots more seed to send out than I have room in my garden for plants from traded seeds!
Since I added a postscript, I thought I'd also add another photo. This tomato is the biggest paster I've ever seen. It's even bigger than my
'Amish Paste' from last year. A friend of mine gave me a couple of fruits. She planted something like 50 heirloom varieties last year, so she lost track of
some of the names, but even nameless it might be worth trying.
I think my request may have been too specific. I've reposted this as a request for tomatillos or pink tomatoes....
Thanks!
Jill
