The infamous Monster Kay has developed a "belly" problem.. I noticed a few days ago it looked like she had a scratch/scab on her belly but the belly is very furry and the monster is not in the slightest cooperative. Last night however I noticed the wound has grown. My DH and I tried to hold the monster down and examine/clean the wound. It is quite large but she doesn't act at all sick, doesn't like it hurts, nor does it bleed.
About a year ago someone shot the monster in the shoulder with a bb gun. I hope it is not another incident like that. We will know shortly because she has a 4pm vet appointment for belly shaving. I hope she doesn't try to eat the vet again.
