Just installed Pinnacle Studio Media Suite. Trying to use the back-up feature and will not burn to DVD after selecting files. Get Message: Not authorized see administrator.

Question: How do I become the administrator?

Went into control panel and am listed as Ted Rogers administrator. No other users.
Go to log off and switch users and that will not work.
This must of happened when I reformated the drive.
