Fat Free Pineapple Angel Food Cake
1 Angel Food cake mix
2 cans (8-ounces each) crushed pineapple (DO NOT drain)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry cake mix and pineapple, stirring just until mix is moistened; pour into bundt or angel food cake pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Turn pan upside down on waxed paper or foil; allow to cool completely. Remove from pan.
You'll find this cake has a course texture. Serve slices with a small amount of low-fat non-dairy whipped topping.
