cuttings still alive

Pickens, SC(Zone 7a)

Well, my brug cuttings have rooted and started to grow some. They look a bit pitiful but I dont have the best light set up. I weeded "what an awful word" out the worse looking ones and have about 8 nice ones left. Now I have to start concentrating on these, I can probably put them outside in a "very" protected place by the end of march !

Sounds great. I am sure they will take off once out in the garden. Oh to have spring here now!

Way to go, Charlotte! I'm happy they're doing well for you!

I sure hope they keep going for you. I never worry about what they look like myself. If they make it through the winter, I know they will grow like crazy in the spring and summer, so I hang on to all of them. Maybe that is why I get so tired of watering in the summer.

My cuttings WERE in the sunroom, but because of this cold spell that is supposed to last through at least this coming Monday, I had to bring them into the bedroom to keep warm. They don't get very much light there. Do you think they will be ok, or should I bring them downstairs? The only large window area I have down on the mainfloor get's just Eastern sun. Some of the cuttings have dropped a couple of leaves, but not many. I should be able to put them back in the sunroom next Tuesday or Wednesday.
