It's snowing now, but looking forward to sleet, freezing rain turning to all rain and warming up to 50 tomorrow. Next week looks more like winter from the long range forecast.
Dad is home and Mom said that he and she are both on pretty much the same meds for their colds. I may have to break down and call a doctor about mine. I'm allergic to most antibiotics, so it is usually better if I just stick to the fluids and rest. This may be turning into a sinus infection, though, and I don't want to play around with that. Stan is feeling a little better, although the pain is keeping him on tylenol and pain meds at night and now he is coming down with the cold. What a fun month this is turning out to be!
Stan said there are two little heifers and one bull out there since last week. I think when the truck comes for the cow, Stan will probably send the bull calf as well. I stuck my head in the barn this moring when I went to get milk and it is cozy and full - the ladies in waiting are right by the milkhouse door and they all looked large and content with their manger full of hay.
