Sequee... I got a Gurneys catalog in the mail and it had a 20.00 coupon on the front cover. :) What was great about it was it was 20.00 NO STRINGS. My order came up to 19.60 with shipping and I paid nothing. My brother in KY got a catalog with no coupon. My friend here in St Louis got a catalog with a 25.00 coupon, had to buy 50.00 or more to get 25.00 off though. I made out like a fat rat on that one!

It's funny, I got 2 catalogues from them - one had the $25 on $50 and the other had the $20 - no strings attached! However - I AM NOT BUYING ANY MORE SEEDS!!!

SURE you not gonna buy anymore

Belleville, IL(Zone 6b)

My Parks seed catalog had a $8.25 coupon on it with no strings attached. I think they know us pretty well. Hmmm.. $20 free and then I can spend another $20! 40 for 20! LOL
I don't think I got a Gurney's catalog yet.

Shumway's has the same as Gurneys - $20 off, and if your order is under $20, the hole thing is FREE! Must be used by feb. ???, though, so I need to get on the stick!

yeah, I ordered $20 in "free no strings" seed from them last year. This year, they sent me the coupon for "spend $25, get $25 free" and their internet site had an offer last time I looked for "spend $20, get $20 free" Also, I have a $10 coupon they sent me because their 'Caribbean Red' chile pepper seed turned out to be nothing like the picture (more a 'super chile' than a habanero type). I emailed them and explained about the pepper, and I did mention that I probably couldn't complain too much about free seed, but I'd still appreciate some compensation for my disappointment after growing the plant for months, like maybe the catalog price of the seed. I was pretty surprised when they gave me $10 rather than $2.50! So this year I get to order $40 worth of seed for $10, which I think is a pretty good deal!

In case I buried the important bit, let me repeat that their internet site has a "spend $40, take $20 off your order" offer going on now, so you don't even need a coupon!
