Here is the new thread for this week. I pray everyone is doing well and keeping on track with their own goals.
Personally I am not too happy. I seem to vacilate between 152 & 154 constantly. I can by the size of my abdomenal flab where I am any particular day. Today it is down so that is good. I ate lots of veggies yesterday and not much else.
