Finally finished a batch of Raspberry Vinegar. Raspberries steeped in champagne vinegar, strained and bottled in sterile jars with a few whole rqaspberries in the bottom. (Right now the berries are on top but they will sink.) Yummy dashed on lightly steamed or sautéed vegetables or a salad with avocados or fruit.
(Some will go in my DG store, a couple will be gifts.)
