How many do you make meal plan for a week? I started ours so I can make plan for next week from Sunday to Saturday. I read a good book of The Ultimate Weight Solution ( The 7 keys to Weight Loss Freedom. I bought a book yesterday and decided to do that. We need to get back into healthy foods. Even I went on Dr Phil websites and read about members story.. It's very intersted stories. I bought the same book for Teens for my DD.
We have bad habit by going out and eat fast foods which it's not good for us. I decided to stop now and started eating healthy foods by home cooking. Lots of fruits, vegetables.. no fatty foods! I know they taste good but they do gain weight. We went shopping last night and bought lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. When we came home. My kids looked for sweet like chocolate. I said I dont buy it. They was was not happy with me. I told them that we have to change our eating habit. My DH's doctor told him that he need to watch his health close due blood clots, high blood pressure and he have been feeling stressful and tired everydays. We the family started excrise together as go for a walk every days, riding bikes, do some activities. I know it will help us feel better and healthy and lives longer. I know how it's going to be hard to change but we can do it!
I hope to lose some weights before June.. Why? The kids and I are going to Gulf Shore, Ala for a week our sisters vacation. We will be staying at the condo( motel) for a week by the beach! Oh, I can't wait! Our first sisters vacation! It will be on June 4th to 11th. We already reserved the room with 3 bedroom for us in June. Exciting!!!!
