Foliage on Oxblood Lily???

Should this have green foliage on it at this time of year?
I am not familiar with this plant as I just got it last year. It is hardy in my area so I didn't bring it in. Have beem growing it in a pot.

Oh well.

It has been warm here so I am gonna keep my pot outside til it turns cold again- then bring it in the house.
