Fantastic Bulb Sale

Monroe, NC(Zone 7b)

I just got an e-mail from Terra Ceia Farms that they are putting their remaining inventory on sale at 50% off. They are allready the best-priced source of quality bulbs that I have come across. Particularly their bulbs by the bushel! They said to name the e-mail when calling, but I am sure that they would honor the sale prices with anyone. They can be reached at http://terraceiafarms.com/. Their phone number is on the site. Y'all don't miss this one!

Thanks, Peter! I just ordered some nice gladiolus calianthus (hardy) bulbs on the sale and added some Canna Pink Futurity and gladiolus byzantinus. 40 plants for ~$17 including shipping -- can't beat that.

Glad you caught it. My daffodil bushel came today. About 50 lbs. of great bulbs. They are first rate.

Thanks Peter!
My daughter's family has been so sick with bronchitis, and our 6 month old baby has had his first cold. So I'm going to order some for her and surprise her. (Of course I could always plant more bulbs).
Mary.

P.S. How was vacation?

Vacation was very enriching, Mary. Thanks for asking.

I still need to get to some planting of this bushel of daffy's; but with daffy's there is hardly a wrong plaace. I have been gradually elevating beds as I plant camellias recently. So I am going to set out the bulbs at ground level, prepared a bit if I am feeling adventurous, then cover with some of the endless pile of bark fines, topsoil and mushroom compost in the driveway!

Your plan sounds like a great gift. May do the same for my daughter.

Is it 50% off the prices on the web site? Or is that the prices with 50% off?

Thanks,
Sandy

50% is taken off the prices listed. The sale is only on the Spring Blooming bulbs, not the Summer blooming.
