WOW!!! I could sit here all day and look at your pics! I downloaded several of them for my Webshots screensavers. I have your photo albums marked so I can go thru them all. I'm sorry if this has been asked a million times (I don't know where I'd look to read if so) but where do you take all the pics of the birds? I looked at the butterfly exhibit ones and could not believe the birds you have pictures of!! I've never seen anything like them. Then I see that you have a ton of other photo albums of birds. Can you fill me in on your hobby? Thanks so much for the links!
I take 3/4 of them in my backyard, others from our local Beaches, Islands, and Rivers. I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. It has take a few years to get really good digital shots. I had no luck with 35 mm. Wasted tons of money on film. I still throw away way more pics than I keep but everyone can't be perfect lol. My property is a certified mini wildlife habitat. I plant for all the animlas and well as have about 15 feeders and 4 birdbaths and a small shallow birdbath/pond we built..
I'm still looking thru your albums. They're all just beautiful! Is there an album or somewhere here that you have pics of your backyard? I've only been gardening for about 4 years and have just now gotten really excited about birds coming too. I've got sparrows, mourning doves, a Red-winged blackbird, my first Robin's, and a hawk, so I'm truly amazed at what you are seeing. I've had Egregs come to my yard a few times and sit on the fence, but that's my only excitement. ... I'm glad to know that there is hope for me and my digital pics!

Your collection provides an incentive for all of us wannabees.
It can be extremely frustrating but don't give up. I was almost ready to give up and finally started getting some good shots. So hang in there. One great shot makes the 1000 bad shots all worth the time you spend.
