We took Angel back in to the vet today. He had asked us last month to bring her back in a month for a weight check. She weighed 18.9 lbs in November. He wanted Angel to gain some weight. She weighed 18.6 lbs today. I really thought that she should have gained weight. We've been feeding her a WHOLE lot in this last month. The vet gave her a B-12 shot, wants us to give her pepcid twice daily in case she is experiencing stomach problems and she is now on a low dose of prednisone. She has to go back in 2 weeks.
The part that makes me saddest though is that he said that she has a heart murmur. Does anyone know what that is going to mean for her now?
