Would you ever adopt a blind puppy or dog?

I'm fostering two little babies that lost their mom. One of them only days old had a bad eye infection and will most likely be blind. My guess is that his eyes ruputured. Of course we won't know this until they open their eyes. If you look at his little head you can see no shape of any eyes under the skin. I had mixed emotions about offering to do this because of the blind pup. I know how hard it is to place a dog that can see. I can't imagine anyone wanting to adopt one that can't. I'm also not sure how to go about taking care of a blind puppy.
