I've treated myself to a new computer, delivered this morning. Waiting now for my Broadband connection to be set up.

Thank you all! I'm at the local library today using their Internet service. Next week my Internet connection will be up and running though (hopefully) - I'm just waiting for my Broadband connection to come into force. And yes, that means lots of photos again!!!!

I'll be working from home on my computer. But I'll be out once or twice a week though, for a teaching course that I'm doing at Riverside College.

The first student should arrive any day now. Probably Tuesday or Wednesday. I'm a bit nervous, yes. Anyway, I've got my spanking new computer up and running now, and my Broadband connection finally working. So I'm starting to think about the actual teaching work now.

My gas man has just been - he didn't even do anything - said the meter wasn't suitable. Wasted my morning. GRRRR!!!!

Anyway, I'm all ready, or just about, to go on my jaunts again. Just have to get my digital imaging software installed - and I'm ready to post my juants again!!! And lots of piccies!!!! WHEEEEE!!!!

A Friend of mind , was nervous with her first student .. teaching computer programs, she did well .and now has a full time work .
I have 3 days a week, and would like more , I do like where I work , and sometimes it does turn out to be more.

I'm a distance learning tutor. Means I never have face to face contact - unless I arrange it of course. It's all done by the Internet. I'm very relieved that my computer and my Broadband connection are finally working okay. I'd rather be working in the classroom really, but I'm grateful for finally getting some work.
