Incredifind

Help..I can't get to my IE because of Incredifind. Everytime I try to go anywhere, this horrific page comes up and says it couldn't find such and such. I have Spyware Stormer that I paid for so I shouldn't have adware and spyware like this. I think I remember seeing someone saying that Spyware Stormer wasn't good at doing this.. Can you enlighten me? Also, how do I get rid of these toolbars that have installed themselves. I have the google at the top and another on the bottom. I can't find anywhere to uninstall them. BTW, when I downloaded the "uninstall" for Incredifind, I tried to run the program as per instructions and a "did not find" came up. These crooks really know their stuff and I'm furious to be so stupid and at their mercy. They should have to do jail time for invading our privacy like this.. Any help would be appreciated greatly.
